The new 6OX Infinergy Ergowave active saddle utilizes BASF Infinergy cushioning (the same material used in running shoes). This material is very robust and brings comfort to a whole new level, especially in off-road conditions, due to its quicker recovery - The cover is not pulled over the entire surface of the saddle as in classic saddles. There are only "tapes" in the important places - Active design offers dampened lateral tilt which allows the saddle to follow the biomechanical movement of the pelvis on each pedal stroke

The weight-optimized 611 Ergowave Carbon was designed to precisely accommodate the requirements of off-road cycling and perfectly meet the demands of All Mountain and Enduro use. At just 150g, it's the lightest 611 in the Ergowave family. The wave-like shape and raised rear section provide perfect rearward support and an optimal pressure distribution which reaches deep into the body structures to result in improved power transmission. The lowered nose, in combination with the dip, provides optimal pressure relief for the perineal area. For even more pressure relief, especially on long technical climbs, the saddle nose of the 611 was made approximately 4mm wider than that of the 612, but just as flat and with the largest possible surface area.
