The Wolf Tooth axle uses a captive steel washer under the head to reduce friction on the fork leg. This protects your expensive fork, transfers more of the tightening torque to clamping load for a stiffer interface and prevents the axle from sticking or galling when you want to remove it. These are also a great replacement option for lost or damaged stock axles. This TCS 2.0 Solid Strip from WTB is a narrower and more durable rim strip that sits in the rim bed to eliminate any possibility of a broken spoke puncturing the tubeless tape and causing the system to lose air. Solid Strip prevents tubeless tape from sagging at the spoke holes, which ensures a smooth surface between the tire and rim, prevents air from escaping during installation and makes it considerably easier to mount tubeless tires using only a floor pump. Installation of the Solid Strip allows for application of Flex Tape (sold separately), which makes tubeless tape installation much easier.

Use Stan's Tubeless Valve Stems when you're converting standard rims to tubeless via the taping method. These also have a removable core for easier application of tire sealant. Note: Schrader valve is for non-stepped Hugo rims.
